Looks great! Love the way the cream cheese is spread like a master. One question: Why the "reduced fat" cream cheese? Every bit of information I've come across suggests that fat is a very necessary nutrient and should not be artificially "reduced". Normal cream cheese is the healthier option.

Martha, what in tarnation is this? I was in the mood for a simple, childish delicacy and here you throw me with a 86mph curveball of a recipe. I’m a simple man, craving simple celery, with simple peanut butter, and simple raisins—this is anything but. Please do better and write a real recipe for ants on a log, thank you.

- 2 celery stalks, trimmed

Directions
Spread cream cheese inside the hollow of each celery stalk. Arrange dried fruit on top, and cut celery in half.
