Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 04/07/2012 This was unbelievably easy. Served it with the passover flourless chocolate cake. Great pairing. Made it with Gala Apples which made it a little mellower.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/21/2008 I liked this easy method of baking apples. I preferred to cut out the cores before laying the apples cut side down in a cast iron pan with little extras added: raisins, walnuts.
