I would just add one cup at a time or less if you think need be. Other than that, it's got a great flavor. I used stevia instead of sugar and over-ripe bananas. I also used vanilla bean icecream instead of just vanilla. I don't remember if the recipe called for vanilla extract but if so, I forgot to add it. Two stars because consistancy is too thin.

Directions
Place the peeled bananas and the remaining ingredients into a blender jar. Blend on high speed until the ingredients are well combined.
