Sarah's too-cute-to-be-true story about drinking this in the summer from a concession stand in summer while she worked summer stock was enticing enough for me to make this. I wanted to make it a pretty summer cocktail by adding vodka, as she suggests. Unfortunately, after following the recipe exactly as written, I ended up with sugary pink lemon water. Mint adds nothing, and 6 cups is way too much water. Turned out to be a waste of $8 dollars in strawberries and lemons. Skip this one.
