This worked perfectly for me. Keep an eye on them so they don't over bake. I had to turn the pan once. I loved these with the sesame kale salad.

Every patty stuck to the parchment paper. I had to scrape the "patties" off of the paper and they were mushy on the inside. :( ... fail

If you look back at the description of this cleanse, it says that while this is not a calorie counting diet, portions should be modest. That would change from person to person. So don't over eat, just eat until you are satisfied. Tip: You will eat less if you eat slow.

I'm pretty sure Yield 6 also means Serves 6 so 1 patty per meal. Anyone know if there is an email to send to to get clarification?

These have been one of the better meals of week 2 - actually filled me up & felt substantial. One of my problems with the recipes have been the serving sizes. This recipe says makes 6, but how many servings? Since it's on the meal list twice for the week, I guess 3 is a serving. Would have been nice to have some side suggestions with this one.

Really enjoyed this recipe. I agree, it is a bit on the dry side. The lime and avocado really help! This was delicious and my husband even liked it!

These taste good, though a bit dry. Avocado on top helped a lot. I also squeezed some lime juice over them. I think a fresh and simple salsa would really add some depth to the dish and should be in line with the plan.
