We love ch steak subs, & always look for ways to make them better. This recipe, most definitely, was not. First, why in the world would you, after cooking the onions, wipe away all that delicious flavor? Next, I know that folks like their beef cooked to their own preference, but, incinerating that steak is wrong. I made it exactly as written & no one would eat it, we had pizza delivered. I refuse to waste food, so, I took them all apart, salvaged the meat & used it for a stirfry 2 nights later.
