Martha Stewart Member Rating: 2 stars 02/19/2018 This recipe was a little bit underwhelming when I made it. I expected something along the lines of the grease-filled chinese takeout crap that turns into a gelatinous cube after a day in the fridge. I was looking for a way thicker sauce than the recipe came with. This recipe is alright if you're looking for something tasty and somewhat healthy, but it definitely falls short of what you can get from a chinese restaurant. Would make again for a special occasion or if I started dating some weird health nut (I made this for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day btw) Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 02/20/2017 Was great my wife loved it too better than takeout Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 03/11/2016 This was delicious!!! I made with a tri color quinoa and it came out delicious! My husband loved it and said it's better than regular Chinese takeout and I completely agree. I will be making this again without any changes unless to switch up the veggie with whatever I have on hand. Thank you for the quick and yummy recipe!!! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/17/2015 Very delicious and easy to make. Will make it soon again. I served it with quinoa instead of rice and it was just perfect. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/11/2014 This was yummy, with a lot less guilt than ordering takeout. Pretty easy to prepare. A must for ginger lovers like us! I served it over white rice. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 08/23/2013 Was very easy to prep. Omitted the cornstarch and used the sauce as a marinade for chicken skewers cooked on the BBQ. Marinated cubed white meat overnight (included the garlic, ginger and green onions) in a zip top bag and then just prepped the skewers 5 mins before placing on the grill. Was deelish! Will definitely become one of our family staples. Thank you and looking forward to trying out the Wok recipe! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 08/22/2013 Just did this for dinner. It Washington a hit! Easy, quick and tasty. Lucky me that I had almost the complete list at home. Will make it again. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 08/21/2013 A wonderfully easy dish to prepare and portion out for the rest of the week. I made this is a large frying pan with high sides- came out fine, but I think a wok would brown the chicken better. Off to get a wok!! First time I made it w/out ginger (I forgot to get it) and it was still good. But it's much better with the wafty!! ginger tossed into the mix! Martha Stewart Member Rating: 4 stars 08/19/2013 quick fix and tasty though I did use left over roast chicken so no need to stir fry the chicken, will make this againMartha Stewart Member
