Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 10/01/2018 My son introduced me to Cuban garlic chicken and I love it’s flavor; so, it was natural for me to latch onto this garlick marinated chicken and I was not surprised that a dish so simple to prepare was so flavorful to eat. I served it with southern collard greens and potato salad and it tasted great. Oh, I forgot to say that I added nothing. It works as it is!
