I did not like this recipe because it tasted a little too bitter. I didn't like the taste of the plain nonfat Greek yogurt and the half cup of cocoa powder didn't help either. I will try making it again with less cocoa powder and nonfat plain vanilla yogurt. The texture was smooth and creamy.

The recipe says "1 can (14 ounces) nonfat condensed milk," but in the video, Sarah says "sweetened condensed milk." I tried to make the ice cream without watching the video, so I used condensed milk. Of course, it did not work.

This recipe is fantastic. Easy to make and very, very good. With growing kids, we like our fats around here, so we used all whole ingredients (except greek yogurt - it's hard to find full fat these days). Worked just fine. Good with bananas.

There is no claim that this is a low-calorie food. They state that it is HEALTHY. The only fat is in the peanut butter, and the svery slight amount in the 1 cup of 1% milk. The onlty sugar would be in the condensed milk.

They are saying that if you want to indulge, you can do it without having something that goes heavy on the fat and sugar. If you are on a Weight Watchers point system, maybe this is not the dessert for you.

ok, here's my theory (since i completely agree with Alisafr about high calories per serving):
Add 2 chopped, frozen bananas (this may mean you have to use a blender instead of stand mixer to get the same smooth texture)
so use the same recipe, but with the addition of bananas you would also increase the number of servings to 12 which reduces the kcal in each serving to about 220 for each portion. Just an idea! I will still try this BUT with the frozen bananas. cheers.

The recipe sounds great so I figured out how many WW points+ it would be for 1/2 cup...its 6pts asuming reduced fat peanut butter...ice cream can be less points or calories than this frozen yogurt. This recipe is not worth the calories or effort required. Please come up with a low calorie version.
