It's festive all year round! Sometimes I prep all of the ingredients (except the avocado) ahead of time but I mix it together shortly before serving it. I usually serve it with tortilla chips. Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together feta cheese, avocados, scallion, bell pepper, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
