Ingredients Ingredient Checklist 3/4 cup apple cider 1/3 cup bourbon 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 (2 1/2-inch-long) thin slices fresh ginger 2 thin slices from a small apple, such as lady, for garnish

Cook’s Notes Try making “ice cubes” from cider – they won’t water down your drink as they melt. Variations You can also make this a big-batch cocktail: In a pitcher, combine 3 cups apple cider, 1 cup bourbon, 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 8 thin slices fresh ginger, and 8 to 12 thin slices from a small apple. Stir well and chill. Serve over ice.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/04/2011 hay guys, Ive been using my Ice Ball Maker for for nearly 12 months now. I bought my first from the Japan Trend Shop but had to get a refund as it didn't work properly. The best site and machine I've found by far is an Irish company called Drinksology for more information please visit http://www.iceballmaker.com/ it honestly is the home of the Ice ball maker and would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about purchasing one.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 10/20/2011 Very good. It took a moment to adjust to the taste since I usually drink sweeter cocktails. But the mixture of apple cider, lemon juice, ginger (love it) and delicious honey crisp apples is a pleasure. Makes watching the baseball game that much more exciting. Thanks
