Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/24/2014 Made this last thanksgiving and making it again this year it's perfect there is nothing that needs to be changed to the recipe i add a tiny bit less sugar but that is relative to your preference. Also this year i added pomegranate seeds only because i had a pom that was going to go bad so cranberry relish lends itself to the pomegranate. Thank you Martha your recipes made my thanksgiving last year amazing and this year i will be using them again! Martha Stewart Member Rating: 4 stars 11/27/2013 Very nice balance of sweet and tangy, the ginger and sherry vinegar add nice layers of flavor to make this more sophisticated than my usual cranberries w/ orange. I did use orange juice instead of water to boil the cranberries. Delicious! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/23/2011 I agree about doubling the recipe for larger groups. I also added orange zest and a smidge of orange juice because I love the combination of ginger and orange. Very tasty! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/23/2011 I too have enjoyed making this since it first appeared in EDF. People were licking the hot pot before washing it and nearly cleaned it! I have been asked repeatedly for this recipe and I always share it. Have also made it with SomerSweet instead of sugar, and it's just as incredible. (I save that for myself.) This recipe is unique because the ginger gives it a bite and some heat that you don't expect, and the sherry vinegar just pulls it altogether. I'll be making this every year til I die! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/20/2011 I've made this recipe every Thanksgiving since I found in 2007 EDF. My family asks for it - they LOVE it! So easy, so GOOD. I've shared with many friends and they experience the same results. This is a tradition. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/28/2008 Trying to keep things simple this year and this was simply awesome. Quite good for such little work. I recommend a douple batch if you have a large group to feed. This will definitely be a repeater. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/24/2008 Easiest recipe ever! I've never made cranberry sauce before and have always been a little intimidated by it, but this was SO easy and it was delicious. Love the bite of the ginger in there! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/23/2008 I have made many different kinds of cransberry sauces. Love them all, but this one is tops! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 12/25/2007 This really is great. I don't even like cranberry sauce and I love this! My sister used to make the cranberry sauce for the holidays but she moved out of state, so I tried this and everyone loved it! Now I've added it to the things I make. Everyone asks for the recipe. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 12/20/2007 One of the best cranberry relish recipes ever! The ginger makes an old traditional dish rather exotic and a big hit at the dinner table.Martha Stewart Member

One of the best cranberry relish recipes ever! The ginger makes an old traditional dish rather exotic and a big hit at the dinner table.
