Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 09/04/2018 Love this recipe. Easy to make and very filling. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 11/11/2014 SO easy and so delicious. My new go-to for acorn squash, it's completely fool proof Martha Stewart Member Rating: 1 stars 11/05/2014 Not sure if I just got a bad squash, but it was still not soft even after 50 min. Had to just take it out since I needed the oven for other dishes. Total waste of product. Definitely try it first before serving to anyone and don't waste money on organic squash. Also it might be a good idea to bake it for a bit under the foil. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 01/13/2013 I normaly do not care for acorn squash - but this recipe is fantastic. The cheese and cream bake up into a sauce all on its own. It has a nice fresh taste, and a very pleasant texture. I would serve this to company for informal, as well as formal dinners.Martha Stewart Member
