Directions

In a large bowl or pitcher combine brandy and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes; stir to dissolve sugar. Add fruit and wine to brandy mixture; stir. Just before serving, add seltzer, and stir again. Serve over ice.

Martha Stewart Member     Rating: Unrated       02/26/2011   I didn't make this recipe precisely (didn't have peaches, I used a citris combination with the honeydew instead), but I will say that the brandy, which doesn't appear in many white sangria recipes, made a big different. Turned out great, and I'm excited to try it with peaches!

I didn’t make this recipe precisely (didn’t have peaches, I used a citris combination with the honeydew instead), but I will say that the brandy, which doesn’t appear in many white sangria recipes, made a big different. Turned out great, and I’m excited to try it with peaches!
