                Great recipe.  I like some cayenne pepper and smoke oil and it's even better.  Although I left out the step with the blender, this is still pretty easy.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple-cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 1 week.
