                This French and 1000 were my go to dressings until I discovered  O&V now I rarely use any other. I do have a collection of vinegars I rotate through. This French makes a good BBQ sauce too I just thin it with a little oil! My all time fave is the Roquefort dressing I learned to make in high school.!raf

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Coarse salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, ketchup, sugar, paprika, and Worcestershire; season with salt. Whisking constantly, add oil in a steady stream until incorporated.
