This is easy and you don't have to watch the pot. No more Minute Rice for me. I use to cook my rice in the microwave, which is also pretty easy, but I think that this method is even faster. My rice came out nice and fluffy and cooked perfectly. Thanks, Martha.

Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add rice and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 11 to 12 minutes. Drain and serve immediately. Serve with butter and salt, if desired.
