Ingredients
Ingredients
- 8 graham crackers
- 1 1/2 cups natural almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 1 bag (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with graham crackers, breaking them to fit if necessary. Bake until crackers are lightly toasted and fragrant, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds and dollop with marshmallow creme.
In a heatproof bowl set over (not in) a pan of simmering water, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over marshmallow creme; working quickly, swirl together with a thin-bladed knife. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Cut into 18 squares.

great recipe, wouldn't change a thing. Better if it chills longer in fridge.

Very easy to make, however, I prefer a firmer fudge than this recipe provides. I will have to tweak this to use my own fudge recipe. Then I will try it again and see if it's an improvement. I have never liked soft set fudge, and that is what the end result of this is. Also, it's very tasty.

This looks like a good recipe and I will try it, but it took 7 pages to copy it, when the actual recipe was on 2 pages. I copy a lot of these recipes and I hate wasting all the paper.

These bars are fantastic and easy to make. Everyone loved them and several people have asked for the recipe. I cut them into 24 pieces instead of 18 and it made the perfect size. I will make this again.
