Ingredients
- 1/2 recipe Ground-Meat Mix (about 1 3/4 pounds) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons ketchup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, with rack in center position. Gently mix together meat and mustard. Form meat mixture into a 4-by-8-inch oval (1 1/2 inches thick) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl; brush over surface of meatloaf to coat. Bake, rotating halfway through, until just cooked through and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches 160 degrees, 40 to 45 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Martha Stewart Member Rating: 1.0 stars 02/08/2020 If one likes unflavored, no spice, ground beef, pork, and/or veal, then this is the recipe for you! There are three (3) ingredients in this meatloaf. The ingredients make the glaze. No extra added attractions of any kind are added to the ground meat mixture. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. Make sure your meat is well balanced with some fat or this DEF will be dry. Instead of making "patries" and freezing them for future hamburgers this is one big hamburger to cook and freeze in slices. I've never tried this but I can tell, MARTHA STEWART Bath towels, suck big time. They fray and loose their color. However, towels were needed and hers were on sale for store close-out. Otherwise there would be nothing around of MARTHA STEWART . So there's no reason to begin with her food - of all things. JENNY CAN COOK has an excellent meatloaf recipe, so goes the "pass around" good stuff on YouTube. Yup👍, JENNY CAN COOK is the meatloaf ticket. Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 04/13/2015 I make 2 glazes, 1st one is the original glaze in the recipe and the 2nd is for me and my kids because the kids hate spicy and I just can't eat it anymore. In the second recipe I use A1 sauce instead of Worcestershire. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 06/24/2013 Love the ground meat mixture that can be pre-made and frozen. So easy and the most flavorful meatloaf I have ever tasted with no dicing. Onion, garlic and egg are pureed as are home-made breadcrumbs (SO much better than store-bought and you get to use up your stale bread).Martha Stewart Member
