A unique way to grill salmon and very easy to prepare. Used cilantro in the Orange-Herb butter and basil as the herb on the orange slices. Turned out delicious! The orange favor is very delicate and not overpowering. Will definitely make again!

This was incredible. We are plank people as far as salmon goes and this was an awesome change. So moist. I was a little afraid of using too much zest, but zest away. I will use more next time. I also opted for cilantro as the herb and was very satisfied.
