                This is our family standard.  Really a perfect recipe.  I recommend the Manischevitz Malaga.  It's not drinking wine but the thick syrupiness is perfect for charosets.

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions

Combine apples, pecans, wine, sugar, and cinnamon in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
