- 1 piece (1 inch) peeled cucumber, chopped 2 ounces organic vodka, preferably Rain 1/2 ounce peach liqueur, preferably Mathilde 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup for Mixed Drinks 1 strip lemon zest 1 strip cucumber peel
Directions
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest and cucumber peel.
