Served hot dogs and hamburgers for my son's second birthday party. Usually the burgers are the first to go...but not this time. My Dad had a hard time keeping up with the hot dog demand thanks to the Mexican charred con dog recipe! We also tried the Hawaiian and the Bahn Minh recipes, too. This one is by far my favorite and it's a great spin on the traditional hot dog. I still make this receipe a year later, especially if we are invited to numerous cookouts!
