Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/04/2011 The name of the mayonnaise is misspelled. It is spelled "Kewpie". It contains only the yolk of the egg and not the white. You should be able to find it in an Asian grocery or make it yourself, homemade mayonnaise is easy to make!

Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 02/04/2011 The name of the mayonnaise is misspelled. It is called KEWPIE like Kewpie doll. It is made from the yolks of eggs and does not contain the whites. If you substitute any good homemade mayo for this it would probable be just as good. Home made mayo is easy if you follow the directions exactly. Use really fresh eggs from a good vendor though.
