Are both the rice and oatmeal cooked ahead of time?

I am going to try this... just wanted to know if you cook the oatmeal first? Or just add the uncooked oats in? Thanks =)

This was amazing!!!! Cant wait for my husband to try it since he's a strawberry banana fanatic. I used Activia vanilla yogurt thats 100 calories and the oats are 150 for 1/2 cup and for the liquid i freshly squeezed an orange that gave me a 1/2 cup so the other 1/2 cup of the liquid was just water ! so mine was give or take 250 calories I don't know how people got over 500 calories? Perfect breakfast smoothie.
