  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with a nonstick baking mat. Sprinkle cheese in a thin even layer on baking mat to form a rectangle. Transfer to oven and bake until cheese melts and just begins to turn golden, 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly on baking sheet before gently removing; let cool completely before using.
