I prefer a thicker smoothie. I'm going to try adding a banana nest time Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 03/01/2011 This was delicious! The spicy ginger provides a nice zing in the morning without caffeine. I used frozen pineapple, 1 cup of coconut water instead of the pineapple juice and 1 container of vanilla soy pudding instead of the yogurt because that's what I had on hand. Also drizzled a little honey in. Made for a very refreshing way to start the day.
