I was concerned about making this after reading the previous review, but I thought with the ingredients listed, how could it be awful? So I made it, and it was wonderful!!! In fact the tastiest frosting I've ever made. Delicious and not sickly sweet, just rich and chocolately. It is a little bit on the expensive side to make, but IMO worth it.
(Now if only I hadn't accidentaly added salt twice, my bear cake would be perfect!)

This frosting is AWFUL!! I spend over $20 between the pound of bittersweet chocolate (4 bars at $5 a bar!), two blocks of cream cheese, and a tub of sour cream. I had high hopes, but once it was finished it was completely inedible! I thought maybe it just needed to go on cake, but no. Still awful. With a broken heart I threw out all 9 cups of it and used a different recipe that I found online. Don't waste your money.
