  • 1/4 large baguette
  • Chive Remoulade
  • Roast beef
  • Gruyere
  • Arugula
  • Salt-and-vinegar potato chips

Directions

Slice baguette horizontally, and spread both sides with remoulade. Layer one side with remaining ingredients, and top with the other half of baguette.
