- 1 pound store-bought pizza dough Flour 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped pistachios 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Divide pizza dough in half. Roll and stretch each piece as thin as possible on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets, and top each with olive oil, pistachios, sugar, and salt. Bake on the lower rack of an oven at 450 degrees until browned, 13 to 15 minutes. Break into pieces.
