I read this recipe several times before transferring the cashews and water to the blender. So, I just wasted some pricey raw cashews :(

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup hot water 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon honey Coarse salt Apple and/or pear slices, for serving

Directions

Soak cashews in water for 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender with cinnamon and honey and blend until smooth. Season with salt and refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. Serve with apple and/or pear slices.
