We loved tthis dish and would make it again for its simplicity and flavor combination of sweet and heat, but had to open all the windows and turn the fan on high to keep the smoke detector from going off! Nobody likes a charred bottom. :)

Directions

Mix together cayenne, allspice, and sugar; season with salt and pepper. Rub a pork tenderloin with spice mixture. Roast at 475 degrees on a rimmed baking sheet until medium, 15 minutes.
