  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons rose water, plus more to taste 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom Ground cinnamon Rose petals, for garnish

Directions

Place yogurt, water, sugar, rose water, and spices in the jar of a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. Serve cold, garnished with rose petals.

    Martha Stewart Member     Rating: 1 stars       05/05/2019   No flavor really and too thick to be a drink.. Hate to be so negative but could not taste the rose, cardamon or cinnamon. Added triple amount of rose, cardamon and cinnamon portions to taste ingredients and added the same amount of water as the yogurt to make it a drink. Next time I'll try a different receipe

I usually make my own yoghurt and omit the cinnamon, since it overpowers the delicate fragance of the cardamom. I have also tried it it with Kefir and it's equally delicious.

No flavor really and too thick to be a drink.. Hate to be so negative but could not taste the rose, cardamon or cinnamon.
