The cooked lemon is very nice and the dish was easy to put together. We used New Mexico red chile powder instead of the hot pepper, because that's what we had in the house. Great recipe - we'll definitely make it again! Martha Stewart Member Rating: Unrated 11/27/2011 This was delicious! I didn't have the jalapenos so I used the cayenne peppers that I grew and it still was great. Quick, easy and very tasty!
