Criteria includes being able to throw together in ~30 min. I served the spicy shrimp over white rice, skipping the cilantro, lime wedges, naan, and yoghurt in favor of investing that time in a side of sauteed squash. This recipe had good flavor, but wasn't very spicy. In the future I will cut the salt in half, I thought the salt overwhelmed the other spices, plus I'm always looking for ways to reduce sodium!
