Very easy to prepare. I cut the taters the day before and put them in water so they wouldn't brown. On the day of the meal, I drained the water, and I mixed them w/ the spices and baked them right before the meal. Nice with the lime. Martha Stewart Member Rating: 5 stars 10/25/2011 These sweet potatoes were really delicious, and I would definitely make them again. They're spicy, but also slightly sweet after baking in the oven. Very recommended!
