The fresh herbs and macadamia nuts make this a delicious way to get your vegetable servings! There's lots of chopping involved, so don't plan for this on a busy weeknight. Add baked chicken and rice and pour the sauce over everything to make it a more substantial meal. Yum!

Directions

Whisk dressing ingredients in a bowl and season with salt.

Working in batches, steam vegetables until crisp-tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Halve steamed asparagus spears and carrots lengthwise.
