                The ingredient list forgets to mention the sour cream. Sambuca is an anise flavor...that turns out very mild in this recipe. I did add more honey...and a touch more Sambuca. Cold mascarpone didn't blend very easily, by hand. All that said.....this is delicious!

  • 4 ounces mascarpone
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sambuca
  • 1 pint strawberries

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together mascarpone, sour cream, honey, and sambuca until smooth and creamy. To serve, dip strawberries in sambuca cream.
