    Martha Stewart Member     Rating: 5.0 stars       07/09/2020   This is the best smoothie that I have made in a long time! I definitely recommend using an extra tablespoon of coconut milk at least because it is very thick! It has a beautiful pink color and is sweet and a little tart.

I use almond milk in my strawberry banana recipe http://fitwirr.com/health/tips/strawberry-banana-smoothie and it works perfectly as a substitute for coconut milk. I also like to add chia seeds for added nutritional value.
