I don't understand the this recipe. The apples looked they were baked with the ricotta, yet the instructions say to add afterword. The instructions are not clear at all.

- 1/2 cup ricotta (add after baking)
Directions
Core and halve 2 apples, top with these ingredients, and bake at 350 degrees until tender, 30 minutes. If apples get too brown, tent with foil.
