My neighbor called that same night and wanted to know if I felt like having a glass of wine with, I suggested a beehive and the rest is history. I love these drinks. Really light and refreshing. Be careful though because they can really give a kick.

- Ice cubes 1/2 cup pear vodka Splash of cold water 1/4 cup Bee Naughty Honey Simple Syrup 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 to 3 Pear Chips
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, water, simple syrup, and lemon juice; cover and shake until well combined, about 1 minute. Strain into 2 to 3 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with pear slices and serve.
