I used thawed frozen cherries, sauv blanc (couldn't find rose on a last minute run to the store), and New Amsterdam Gin (not a london dry style, but good and cheap), and it still was delicious. Like, dangerous delicious. People couldn't believe how much booze was in it after drinking it, and it got the party going! Highly recommend, making it again for another party.
