- 1/2 ounce Hidalgo Amontillado sherry
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- 1 piece lemon rind, 3/4 inch wide and 2 1/2 inches long
Directions
Gently stir together liquids in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Twist lemon rind over drink to express its oil, then use the peel as a garnish.
