Nice lower calorie alternative to guacamole. The the size of jalepano will effect the heat of sauce. The ripeness of tomatillos can also effect flavor. Does anyone know how to select ripe ones at market. Third time I made this it had a citrus taste to it. Can only think it was the tomatillos.. My kids love it with chips
